  • All products listed on Mioura are subject to availability.

  • If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice at our sole discretion.

2. Product Representation

  • Mioura products are made from natural crystals and may show slight variations in color, size, texture, or finish due to their natural and handmade nature.

  • Product images are for reference only; actual product colors may slightly differ based on your device screen and lighting.

  • Dimensions are indicative and minor differences may occur.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR (โ‚น) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise mentioned.

  • We reserve the right to change product pricing, discontinue items, or update listings at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments & Security

  • All transactions on Mioura are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

  • Mioura shall not be responsible for unauthorized or declined transactions, including cases where the cardholder has exceeded preset limits or authorization is denied by the bank.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is applicable on all orders in India.

  • Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days post dispatch.

  • If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund within 5โ€“7 working days.

  • Products requiring special packaging may include additional handling charges, which will be mentioned on the respective product page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
