  • Free Shipping on all orders in India.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with tracking details provided once dispatched.


2. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1โ€“3 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Custom orders, ritual kits, or bulk gifting sets may require additional handling time, which will be communicated in advance.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, regional holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.


4. Serviceable Locations

  • We deliver across most pin codes in India.

  • If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund within 5โ€“7 working days.


5. Packaging & Handling

  • All Mioura products are packed with premium materials to protect the energy and physical integrity of your crystals.

  • For select delicate or heavy items, additional packaging or handling charges may apply. Such charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, your order tracking details will be emailed or WhatsApped to you.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking link.


7. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or regional disruptions.

  • We appreciate your patience and will ensure timely updates in case of such events.


8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please do not accept it from the delivery partner and inform us immediately.
