1. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No. Due to the sacred and personal nature of Mioura’s spiritual products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection.

2. What items are eligible for return?

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received an incorrect item, or

• The item arrived damaged or defective

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Which items are non-returnable?

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Energised or Siddh products

• Rudraksha, malas, kavach, and crystals

• Items once delivered and opened

• Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering

4. How do I request a return?

• Order number

• Clear photos or video of the issue

• Brief explanation

Our team will guide you if the return is approved.

5. Will Mioura pay for return shipping?

Yes, only if the return is due to Mioura’s error (wrong or damaged item).
In all other approved cases, return shipping is borne by the customer.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

• Timeline: 7–10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once initiated.

7. Can I exchange a product?

Currently, Mioura does not offer exchanges.
Please place a new order if you wish to purchase another item.

8. What if I contact after 7 days?

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

9. Why does Mioura have a strict returns policy?

Mioura products are spiritual and personal in nature.
To maintain authenticity, hygiene, and integrity,returns are limited and carefully reviewed.
